We have a variety of equipment to support physical development within nursery and the outdoor area including swings, slides and out own trampoline.

Terms & Conditions
Application for a Nursery Place
We ask you to complete an application form as soon as possible. We cannot book your child into nursery until this has been completed. The minimum number of sessions recommended for part-time places is 2 per child. This is to provide sufficient continuity.
Confirmation will be requested in writing and a non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable for a part time place and £50 for a full time place. This amount is the deducted from your first monthly invoice.
We ask, if and when possible, for one months notice in writing if you wish to change or cancel any sessions that have already been booked.
Fees
Invoices go out at the end of the month and need to be paid by the 1st of the next month. Any additional bookings will be charged on a weekly basis. Little Strawberries reserves the right to review fees when necessary. All invoices are multiplied by 4.333 as some months are 4 weeks and some are 5 weeks.
Collection of Children from Nursery
If parents are going to be late collecting their child then please telephone as soon as possible so that Little Strawberries can assure there are sufficient staff. We ask that if you require anyone else to collect your child that you please bring a photograph of this person beforehand.
Holidays & Sickness
Little Strawberries closes for all bank holidays and for one week at Christmas. Full time children attending nursery are required to pay a four week retainer during the year that is charged at 50% of normal fees. For any additional holidays full fees are charged. We are afraid the nursery does not offer any retainer for part-time children. When a child is ill no refund will be made, except in extreme circumstances of prolonged illness.
Illness
We ask parents not to send their child to nursery if they are suffering from any infectious disease, including sickness and diarrhoea. Little Strawberries has a realistic attitude to the needs of working parents, but reserves the right to contact parents if their child becomes ill whilst at nursery.
Medicine Consent Forms
If your child is on medication while at nursery, we ask parents to complete our record book. Your signed consent is required before we are able to give your child any medication. If your child has an incident or accident whilst at nursery you will be informed immediately or at the end of the day depending on the nature of the injury.
Walks & Trips
We may take the children for walks in the vicinity of the nursery. Please inform a member of staff if you do not wish for your child to be included in such walks. We will inform you in advance by letter and consent form of any organized trips involving your child.
Belongings & Property
At Little Strawberries we have a large range of toys and equipment and we feel it is not advisable for children to bring toys in from home.
Security blankets and comforts from home are acceptable. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to such items. Practical clothing is strongly recommended, even though we do use children’s aprons.
Little Strawberries reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
